Buying shoes through LitBuy

Most sellers list shoes in EU sizes, and many add the insole length in millimetres. That number is more useful than the size label: measure the insole of a pair you already wear and compare. If a listing only shows US or UK sizes, convert with the chart in the listing photos rather than a generic table, because factories do not all size the same way.

Look at the QC photos from the side and from above before you ship. Check that both shoes are the same height at the heel, that the stitching runs straight around the toe, and that the glue lines are clean. Asking for an exchange is far easier while the pair is still in the warehouse.

Shoes are the heaviest thing in most hauls. A pair in its box usually weighs between 1.2 and 1.8 kg, and the box adds volume that shipping lines charge for. If you do not need the box, ask the warehouse to remove it when you build your parcel. Ship one or two pairs at a time if your country charges import fees by parcel value.
